WYRR flips the axis: identity is the fixed point, and housing orbits it. Your credential travels; the network provides the room. No deposit, no landlord, no renewal email. The honest FAQ.

What exactly is a pod?
A furnished, network-connected living unit — studio, loft, or suite — with smart climate, gigabit fibre, and a door that opens to a verified credential instead of a key. Three classes: Basic, Premium, Executive.
What does the subscription include?
The pod, the power, the climate, the fibre, the furniture, and the network. One monthly price. Utilities aren't a separate bill and furniture isn't your problem.
Can I just stay in one pod forever?
Executive and Founder: yes — nights are unlimited. Nomad and Resident meter nights per month (5 and 15), because a network only works if pods circulate. If you want permanence, buy permanence — that's the Executive tier's whole point.
How does check-in actually work?
Your phone presents your PodAccess credential at the door. The pod verifies the signature — online or offline — confirms your tier covers the pod class, opens, and the stay is hash-anchored on Besu. Check-out closes the stay and issues an anchored receipt.
Can I bring guests?
Resident and up can issue signed guest passes from the dashboard — time-boxed (up to 24 hours), tied to one pod, revocable at any moment. Your credential sponsors theirs, so bring people you'd vouch for.
Does my trust score matter?
Your WYRR trust score (0–1000) is your reputation on the network. There's no minimum to subscribe today — but every anchored check-in and clean check-out builds verifiable history, and the network is built to reward that.
What cities can I live in?
Honestly: the network is early. Twelve founding sites are planned across the US, the Caribbean, and Mexico — see the roadmap above. Live pods appear in Browse the moment they're real, and never before.
Is there a deposit?
No. No first-and-last, no security deposit, no broker fee. You pay the subscription; the credential does the rest. A service fee applies to on-network transactions where noted.
What if I cancel?
Cancel from your dashboard, anytime. Your access runs to the end of the paid period, then your credential expires. No penalty, no exit interview, no landlord keeping your deposit — there is no deposit.
Pets and storage?
Pod-by-pod. Pet-friendly pods are flagged in their amenities, and between-city storage is on the roadmap with the founding sites. We'd rather tell you "not yet" than promise a closet that doesn't exist.
